Sorry it took me so long to get back too you on this.
I have two main tips I tell anyone.
1. Cut out pop. It is a main contributing factor to weight gain. If you are slamming two or three pops a day, cutting them out will mean that some weight will fall off.
2. Anytime you start to say you are bored, do…150 jumping jacks. 50 sit ups. 25 push-ups.

So when I am laying in bed I do some mini sit-ups. You can feel the burn after about 25 of them. So, give it a try. :)
